My brother-in-law wants to purchase an off-the-shelf css website template to save some money for his management consultancy business and he has seen a template that he likes and which will work well with his vision of how the site design should be. A Google search has shown that this particular template is being sold by a number of websites but he's concerned about the validity of the websites in terms of entering his company credit card details. The maths is simple - he can either pay up to £5k to a website design company to produce the site he needs, or he can buy this template for $64 and pay a freelance advertising/graphics-designer/web-designer he's used in the past the £1k he's been quoted to do the images and the advertising copy. Does anyone have any recommendations for a particular web templates website? The template he's after is called estremera. Many thanks.

Far from being a personal user device, a lot of organisations have taken them up and are using them, from schools, to banks, law firms and hotel chains. I went to my dentist the other week and there was the receptionist using one to log patients in and book appointments. There's a school in NZ who has given one to every pupil that makes an interesting case study. I'll see if I can find the link.

In 2001 we went on holiday on the Florida Keys and in a steakhouse they served up a 'burger' that was about the size of a small birthday cake. I'm afraid to say I did eat it all. It had jalapeño peppers in it which were lovely. I think the place was called Burger Monger or something.

Lol to get it free you have to eat it all in twenty minutes without a drink!

I reckon I could manage it but too many sausages for me for it to be enjoyable. Maybe more bacon with onions and some fried bread?

As far as I'm aware you can only do it by using it with iTunes on the PC you connect it to. I used to use my iPod to cart files around this way between work and home.

Okay, here's a scenario for you: A motorist warns another motorist of a speed trap ahead by flashing his lights. The motorist wasn't really paying attention to the speed limit so slows down to pass through the speed trap at 30mph. When he's clear of the trap, he puts his foot down a little bit as he's just outwitted those thieving policemen - to just over 40mph - and he's still in a 30mph zone. At the next bend he hits a pedestrian who nearly dies from her injuries. If he'd been doing 30mph he'd had probably been able to brake enough to avoid hitting her. A fanciful scenario? No - it happened to my neighbour last year and she's only just gone back to work after six months of recuperation.

He was aiding and abetting people. He got caught so should be man enough to take the punishment without whingeing like an old idiot.

He got what he deserved. He broke the law so must face the consequences. Chin up you whining old fart.

And also the .co domain. Has anybody started using a .co domain yet? And, is it me or does it look weirdly incomplete? Like you need to add a 'm' or '.uk' or something to it? I wonder if people are going to have problems with it initially?
