  1. We have this situation here. We are putting the desks where it suits best and have electricians in installing as many sockets as needed on the wall behind the desks.

  11. Not yet. My plan was to copy the live site and upgrade that. Shall I upgrade now? I'm sure ive asked before but whats the easiest and least disruptive way of doing that? Its half term next week so needs to be good for then!
  12. Once its loaded one thing, my files for example, the rest of the site reacts as promptly as it should.
  13. Ive switched to XML and stopped the SQL server for good measure. I can login to HAP no problem but when I click on My Files or Helpdesk it just sits with the spinning circle. It loads whatever I clicked after 1 - 2 mins.
  14. Hi @nickbro, My hap (v9.7) install has been running perfectly for a while now but recently I migrated my SQL server to my new ESXi host and HAP seems to have ground to a halt. The login page loads quickly but anything after that at all takes an age! It takes around 1 minute to open the helpdesk. My IIS server and SQL server are on different VM's with 8 processors each and 8GB RAM each. Please help, its driving people nuts! Matt
  15. I have two iBoardTouch i55's (Non pc built in version) here and they are great although very sensitive to touch.
  16. Ohh this is a sore subject to some I think. All my stuff at work is Intel but my gaming machine at home has an AMD FX-8530 and its a beast!
  17. I tried hard to have a VM per role but as you said, Licensing really stopped me doing it. I have 3 VM's, 1 with WSUS and WDS, 1 with DHCP and DNS, 1 with IIS and AV database.
  18. You can use this Cjwdev | AD Info - Active Directory Reporting Tool to look at last used machines on your domain.
  19. I use iSpy to record on motion detect in the server room and in the IT office. Works a treat!
