    My servers all have on access scanning enabled apart from my file servers and SQL servers. They are on a scheduled scan to scan before their nightly backups at 1AM as not to degrade performance.

    Funny that you answered to this thread. We are an Exa customer and cannot disable Safety Mode by logging in with a Gmail account. Was fine last night!

    Edit your hapconfig.xml directly. It is a lot easier I find than using the GUI.

    We ask for the make and model of the printer and we install them in the office for them. If the installation requires the printer to be plugged in and there is no "Plug in later" option, we ask that they bring the printer in.

    By no means am I experienced with this but I have had my fair bit of trial and error. I would check all your directory permissions are set correctly.
