So you have 10 licences built in. VMs take up one licence if you backup a physical server it takes 3 licences as far as I am aware. With what you have said you would still have 5 licences left to play with.

Yeah so this is a way. The only thing you will find if you had settings set on the old ADMX templates it will get put into the Extra Registry Settings which this might help: https://sdmsoftware.com/group-policy-blog/tips-tricks/removing-extra-registry-settings-from-gpos/ I don't think their is an easy way to see what admx has settings still in place on GPOs.

So their is A1 Plus this is the free verison of office 365 and then with Office Pro plus attached with it. @JohnJackson We have a number of schools which are with Trustnet/LGFL it is great the only thing I wish for is a solution to AD web filtering with our schools that have a NAT networks. That is the only downer for us.

I have used a useful pst export tool in the past https://www.manageengine.com/products/free-windows-active-directory-tools/export-and-import-mailbox-pst-tool.html and then just gave an account delegated access to the account. It pulls them out of office 365 directly.
