Their should be an upgrade download on the support download area, they should tell you what version you can upgrade from for the version you picked. We have upgraded and the settings have stayed the same for us. But as always have a backup.

Should have mention this to watch out for when you come to remove the old domain out of the system. To swap over to the new domain over should work and long as it has been added as a secondary domain not a domain Alias.

If you have chrome books you will need to contact support to deprovision then and move the licences. To remove a domain you will need to ensure that all every record does not have the old domain in. Especially aliases.

Meraki cloud controller and config question
willtech replied to Scifigirl's topic in Wireless Networks
I would watch out for the cloud management licence cost as Meraki says that every Meraki hardware component requires a cloud license to be managed. Meraki hardware that isn’t licensed won’t pass traffic. Guessing that LA are paying that is good, as long as they are covering the cloud licence. But you might need to be careful if they pass the cost at some point. Meraki FAQs -

About to say the same here. As well if you AADC setup you can make use of Azure Active Directory Seamless Single Sign-On to auto sign in users that are logged into devices. Makes ours and their lives easier and less help desk tickets

[ms office - o365] Migrating to O365 from 2016/LGFL Staff Mail
willtech replied to m0bov's topic in Office Software
If the current staffmail address is a domain that you control in terms of you can change the DNS records I would say yes. If not then you will not be able to. -
If you have Moodle I believe that does it. For Microsoft Forms at the moment you can only set a start date and finished date to accept responses. Think it will be a plug-in route.
