System center endpoint protection. Can't fault it really, once set up it deploys itself, auto updates and deals with things on its own, never had to touch it and haven't had any virus issues since.

If you download the Minecraft client and install it on your computer (at home if not possible in house), you can then copy your install to wherever you like. The only real issue you will have is where Minecraft installs itself by default. You can find it at: Now it can get irritating here, whenever you run the Minecraft.exe it will always look for the install in AppData. So you have to copy it to the user's AppData folder if you want them to use it. This is likely all different for the Education version if you wish to spend the money on that, modded versions such as that one can typically be run from anywhere you like as they use customised launchers.

Once they have authenticated through Radius they are just allowed onto the network, they aren't added to a security group, its as if someone has plugged into your wired network. NAP is basically a health check system which gates authenticated users if they don't meet certain conditions, such as up to date antivirus. Provided your network shares don't allow the 'Everyone' security group then users will have to authenticate with a relevant username to gain access. Hope this helps, I would suggest looking at your permissions on your shares, and also your wireless controller to see if you can restrict access with that, typically you can specify which IP's/subnets clients can access, failing that VLANs are extremely useful in this context though I have no experience in that area. Which wireless provider are you using?

Radius literally just handles the authentication which by the sounds of it is working just fine, if you want to lock down what the client can access once its on you'll want to look at Nap, VLANs, etc. Your wireless system (depending what it is) may provide functionality for this.

Even at £50, that's not a huge amount, if it turns out that its no good for you then having spent only £50 is significantly better than say a Wireless Projector, or cables a receiver and software on a pc etc. etc. On the other hand £50 to find that the technology is exactly what your looking for, even better. Hell, depending on where you are in the country, travelling to a seminar to see how it works could cost you that much in fuel.

Well, its relatively cheap to test if you have the right kit, if you already have 8.1 tablets then all you really need is a Smart TV or a £20-30 dongle to try the technology out. That's not a huge investment to determine if the technology is worth a further look at. I recently saw this showcased at a seminar and it looked very impressive, they brought their own laptop and then connected to the smart TV in the room they had hired, was seamless really.

Yeah this, the fat and grease clog the filters and make them extremely difficult to clean, typically they need replacing altogether (the filter) and eventually as you say the projector will need to go.

We have your standard projectors in our technology rooms, including wood work. Just clean the filters every half term, you'll be fine. The sawdust isn't as big a deal as you would think. Oh and we have a computer in there too, which also isn't a problem.

For Intel's system they state the range is up to 20 feet, you could probably get a bit more if you used a receiver with better antenna, but the cost would go up. Can't tell you about brands, have no experience with it.

Do they support miracast/WiDi? It might be worth looking at, you can get a HDMI dongle for the projector (normally require 5V power via USB) and then use 8.1 to 'project to' that dongle or use software. That's the route we would consider if we could afford 8.1 tablets >_>".

I will say, McLaren have been the biggest disappointment for me, they have just fallen asleep again when it comes to aero development, at this point I don't think it actually matters if Honda become their engine supplier given the gap they have currently to Mercedes, or even the next Mercedes powered team. Honda won't fix their aero issues, that's for sure.

Agreed, and its great to see some different teams in the top 6/10, Williams having a return to the podium, and Force India. Really enjoying this season, Hamilton's been a bit unlucky so far though, having to claw back points wherever he can whereas Rosberg has been extremely lucky all things considered. He's leading the championship purely on reliability.

Seems to be very hit and miss based on the reviews, I think this is probably more intended for short dips in the bath than 3 days waterlogged.
