just SIP channels

I'm trying to update our all staff distribution list to an Office 365 group, on the upgrade screen i see them listed but our all staff one is missing? Anyone know why it wouldn't be upgradable?

In our trust i run FreePBX hosted in a datacentre. Only have 1 school and an office on their at the moment but it works great. We have SIP trunks from Gamma and we manage it as part of our ICT offer to schools.

@JackCPickup this looks interesting, have you any experience using it or are you just pointing it out?

We've been looking into what we need to ensure is set out in contracts for any 3rd party vendors. Just wanted peoples feedback or any input. All contracts must set out; • Subject matter and duration of processing • Nature and purpose of processing • Type of personal data and categories of data subjects • Obligations and rights of controller They must include the following terms; • Process only on documented instructions from controller • Duty of confidentiality • Implementation of appropriate technical and organisational security measures • Sub-processing restrictions • Assistance to enable controller to comply with SAR (right to data and erasure) • Assistance to enable us to comply with our obligations in Articles 32 to 36 (i.e. security, notification of breaches, DPIAs, consultation) • Deletion or return of data at the end of contract • Information to demonstrate compliance • Audits and inspections • Notification of infringing instructions

I've seen this product mentioned a few times on here and i see they have responded to the survey on the safer internet websites. Just wondering if anyone is using it and what there thoughts are?

It's Friday afternoon and my brain has started to slow down, I've just been looking at our schools (primary schools) and was thinking what the optimum number of devices (Desktop's/Laptop's) and Tablets per staff and Pupil. Of course this is all very subjective stuff and down to how schools deliver their curriculum but thought it would be interesting to see what other schools were doing. School A - (28 staff, 102 pupils) 3.11 staff per device, 1.57 pupils per device School B - (25 staff, 172 pupils) 1.79 staff per device, 4.65 pupils per device School C - (23 staff, 186 pupils) 1.64 staff per device, 4.33 pupils per device School D - (80 staff, 450 pupils) 0.91 staff per device, 6.82 pupils per device School E - (72 staff, 582 pupils) 0.88 staff per device, 4.89 pupils per device School F - (54 staff, 380 pupils) 0.56 staff per device, 3.62 pupils per device Again, this is all very subjective.

What sort of cost does netsupport dna come out at?

We moved all ours to filter20 which has been pretty good. Well until the actual phone line was cut in our of our schools!

what's the cost like?

Anyone using hosted Netsweeper? Are you are able to provide any costs? I'm looking at going it alone at a primary school (purchasing the line, filtering and installing the firewall internally) but need to know the cost of the filtering and they are a bit useless at answering my sales requests. Also look at using a Unifi Security Gateway (unsure if it will be the pro or not), does anyone have any recommendations for a modem/router? It will be on a EoFTTC line.

I would love this info too so we can do our due diligence.

We have a couple of Canon iR-ADV C5560 photocopiers, i would like to set them up to auth with AD which doesn't look too difficult but i would like to also see accounting of how much users have printed. Does anyone know if these can handle it without extra software/hardware?

Is it not anything to do with your hosting? any missing modules etc?
