  2. Something to keep the wires coming from it together? But I think @AButters had the better idea.
  3. Here's the article I read about non official chargers. How dangerous are phone chargers? - BBC News
  4. I think I have heard of something like this happening before, I think it something to do with people using non official cables? I could be very wrong hear as this is off the top of my head.
  5. This makes me think of South Park. They took my jobs.
  6. Just having the computers being in use would not improve the learning alone. As many people have already said a computer is a tool, and to use a tool effectively one would needed the correct training (or common sense) . How may times have you seen a student do something on a computer and when questioned they say "it's how I do it at home".
  7. If you can afford Cat6 it would be good and maybe a nice selling point if you ever move out, but like @Garacesh has wrote you may want some form of wifi for hand held devices
  8. I have to agree with the ban on phones in the lessons (which I know is nearly impossible to enforce with out searching the student themselves, which no school would have time for). iPads I think as long as they are used for lessons they should be fine.
  9. If you are thinking about making a VB script this site may help: - sendmail - VBScript to send email without running Outlook - Stack Overflow
  10. Had a look around and found these: - Send an Email When You Add an Appointment to Your Calendar Send an Email When a Reminder Fires Not sure if they would do what is need sorry.
  11. Could you not send a the calendar out in a share request as I know you can just send the permissions in office 2010 but again not sure if there is a way in office 365. Maybe with rules? set so if a new event added it sends e-mail out to staff informing them of it. (sorry not sure this is a thing that can be done.)
  12. I think what you have noted may be the easiest way of solving this problem, but I have not worked with 365 so there could be another way.
  13. Yes that's a possibility
  14. Yeah I only knew about because I looked it up, maybe I was not paying attention or they just kept it quite for some reason
  15. Guess with him no longer there Apple just seeing what others are doing and heading in that direction.
  16. That was quite funny. Though it does call in to question. Is Apple as a company in trouble? US stock markets slide as Apple falls - BBC News
  17. Just wondering if anyone else watched it? Though the Apple TV looks interesting, but the rest seemed to be just little updates or them reinventing the wheel (pretty much making an apple version of surface and a "apple" pencil) What did the rest of you think. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-34200234
