I have a Dell 3130cn which is displaying a 006-370 error. This appears to be caused by condensation occuring in the printer. I have folowed Dell's advise by both turning the device off for an hour and also moving it to a dry and warm room but can't get the system to work. Has any one seen this and is there a sensor that I need to adjust or clean that I am not seeing??

quite a lot of the netbooks are limited however. I have 2 netbooks and 1 (MSI) is able to go to 8gb RAm and the other (Vye) is limited to 2gb by the motherboard. and I agree with @dhicks regarding the HDD's. May be worth trying one of then with a SSD or a faster drive to see if that makes a difference.

defo upgrade the RAM WIndows 7 is slow with 2 GB and ideally should be higher than that. But I would guess that you are limited to 2 GB. which atom model

you configure the client with the location of the wsus server, if this is a domain then you can gonfigure a gp to do this for you. You can also use a security setting to allow machines to go to ms update or not go to ms update. proxy should not matter as you are talking on a tcp level to the wsus server

given that inflation is currently around 5% and that We have had no pay increases or cost of living for the past 2 years the reality is that the changes mean that instead of losing 5% per year we are now only going to lose 4%!!

FIt an Electric fule pump with a cut out switch hidden inside the cab some where. I used to have this on my Old VW and the old beast would only travel about .5 of a mile before it ran out of fuel.

perhaps Mansell could look to make a comeback and lets not rule Jackie Stewart out either!!!!!!

Roaming Profile - Add Administrators rights to profile folder without taking ownership Taking the above ideas and combining them I placed the following into our users logon script to run once. icacls \\servername\profiles$\%username% /grant administrators:(F) /T As the user has full access to their own profile they can grant permission by using the above command. In this case the administrators group is given Full (F) Access and /T for subdirectories and files.

Make sure that the user is not logged on. then take ownership and add the admin account full control, the user full control and the system account full control. Finish off with transfering the ownership to the user and all should be fine

all you should need to do is replace the Allied Telesis AT-MC101XL with Gb fibre converters such as Allied Telesis AT MC1008/GB Media converters

try downloading from someone like microsoft to see if it is a slow link or a slow site

Or it could be a pinnacle saved document, or it could equally be a saved scan. Without knowing why they have that file and who gave them the file it would be difficult to imagune what you would need to open the file

If you search for Tidybackups you will Find a thread that Matt started regarding this with information about how to use it. I would link the thread but can't see how you do that....

I also use the Tidybackups.exe that Matt Smith created for my backups. Got it set to zip the backups down and only keep the last 15 on the server. Defo worth taking a look at the utility

why is there a " between Path= and C:\simsbackup\sims.bak Actually why are there speech marks around all the entires?? dbattach /backup /server=somepr-dc-01\sims2008 /database=sims /user=username /password=password /auto This then places the backups into the backup folder of SQL
