  1. The worst thing is when you're on a train and then they say its going to a different location than it says on the noticeboard. I nearly ended up in Blackpool the other day! I only wanted to go to Rochdale!!!

  4. Evening, I'm looking to buy a HD Video Camera, I've found two that I like - which would you suggest is the better one? I'm not 100% sure myself as its the first time I have purchased one. I wanted one that recorded onto a memory card and not DV Tape... (Due to the hum of the recording on my Canon XM2) HD Camcorder Digital Video Camera Touch Screen Zoom 3" on eBay (end time 17-Mar-10 19:51:46 GMT) or 1080P HD Camcorder with Touchscreen and 5x Optical Zoom on eBay (end time 03-Apr-10 20:16:09 BST) Suggestions please
  5. Oh Oh, can we start a thread naming and shaming all the celebs we think are aliens? ROFL!,
  6. I think thats totally fake. But on the otherhand I do believe there is that stuff out there, look at that guy who got extrasomething for hacking the pentagon for UFO intelligence... they are obviously keeping something hidden! oh yeah.....
  7. You know when people want you to do something there and then but if you cant they get someone else to do it? That's what this is. Some reformatted a computer (standalone) from Windows XP Home to Windows XP Pro, now they entered the XP Home Serial Code and it worked for a few months since Microsoft released the Genuine Updates, now how can I / what do I do to change the Product Key to a VLK code? Cheers
  8. Works fine over here
  9. I have an Acoustic Solutions SP101 Amplifer, and it believe me its not powerful enough, is there pc speakers thats higher than 40w... say 60w?
  10. BBC News - New York airport jets 'directed by child' Ouch! I wouldn't like to have been on them planes, even if everything did go ok!!!
  11. How effective is this Smartwater? Our insurance company suggested this to us, but like always it'd cost a fortune and there's just too many things to do it on and im sure it's washable at some stage as it can wear off?
  12. Easter Bunny You'll get it FASTER.
  13. The BBC should try out new things, its same old same old. I only watch BBC now for Being Human, Survivors, Doctor Who, Torchwood (which they killed!!) and err the odd TV Show other than that FIVEUSA is the thing to watch, regarding the Radio... I don't listen to it at all! and If I did it'd be something like BBC Wales so I don't understand all the news updates!!!
  14. Had this same issue last week, an 8yrold and 13yrold traveller managed to get in via a fire escape whilst the secretary was in her office, she then went to the kitchen area and they went in her office and stole the laptop and mobile. Informed the police, but since the secretary had an automatic login they checked her email, luckily I changed the password and got an IP from the location they checked it from... but the POLICE were like... yeah and they will be long gone. The kids are on CCTV but they aint local
  15. I must admit... I purchased two strips of LED Blue LEDS and stuck them on the back of my dual screens in my room, (they're on 24/7) the only reason why I got LG Flatron Screens was for the blue power buttons... its addictive.
  16. So since I've been on Vista I've always had Dreamscene running, I like the high tech blue squid effect, it worked fast and perfectly on my old graphics card. *Radeon™ X1950 PRO* but when that died and I got the *ATI HD 4870* its hated Dreamscene, it randomly shuts the PC off, just like the power cord has been unplugged. no BSOD nothing. All the drivers are installed for the new graphics card, and the old drivers are not installed. What's wrong with it? is there some sort of patch? Cheers
  17. Are they seperate articles? In which case users who are set to publishers are able to add them via the frontend if you create a registered article submission link on the site.
  18. Your able to upload a photo of yourself and replace it with that footballer? How the hell do we do that!? I wanna do it!
  19. My neighbour used to have a DVD/Video player with 5.1 surround sound, (it's quite old) but the DVD stopped working, so he decided to get a replacement, but now he's moaning because there is no surround sound, we still have the speakers, is there some sort of small amplifier which would take them? OR would it be cheaper to get a whole new 5.1 surround system? You fix one thing for your neighbours... then the entire street want you... Cheers.

  22. So I decided to install the Beta version of the new MsOffice 2010... apart from the lovely colours that have now turned to grey its ok... BUT. in Outlook Express for example I got a few emails from Vistaprint and the first one appeared in the 'Today' section but the others that I received went into the first email to like a sub category (some sort of tidyness to my Inbox but can I turn it off? It started to frustrait me when it said I had new mail but I couldn't find it due to it being subbed.
  23. I must admit Skype was a major God send during the 'snow' period, saved even leaving the house and didn't affect the phone bill!
  24. They're on different servers and domains. It's just that when I update content I have to do it 4 or more times. I did think about wrapping a html document. but that seems harder.
