Cheers for that, I've started making the scripts for each room (six in total) but we just need a way for the user (a year 11 student) to select the correct room. Putting all the scripts on there might be an option but I'll investigate a more elegant solution as well. Thanks for your help

I have been tasked to write some VB scripts for the kids taking the ICT functional skills exam in January that will do the following: When the user logs on it will assign the correct printers to that machine and set the default printer accordingly. Delete any installed printers that are for a different room. This needs to work for laptops (we do not know which rooms these will be in beforehand so the user will have to select which room they are in.) For example: If they log onto a laptop in room 107 and select that room it will add the correct printer and delete any previously assigned printers.. I found one on here but am not sure how useful it will be: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/scripts/22475-printing-location.html Could anyone point me in the right direction or suggest a script I could modify? (Lazy I know but if the resources are already available why not) I'll continue looking on the interwebs in the mean time. Thanks guys

Batman: Arkham Asylum is well worth a look if you like third person action / stealth games. You can pick up GTA IV / GTA IV's Downloadable content fairly cheap now, that game took up a lot of my time last year... Burnout Paradise ultimate box is also very good. It's a brilliant game if you don't have a lot of time for gaming as you can just pick it up for short periods. I've heard very good things about Assassin's Creed 2. May be worth buying once you're done with the first one. The multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is very good on the consoles if you're into First Person Shooters. I've got a 360 so I'm not sure on any PS3 exclusives but I've seen a lot of good reviews for Uncharted 2.

We have all our photos stored in Sims (I think). I don't see the problem, all staff have been CRB'd and all of their details are stored in the school anyway. (Personal info, bank details etc..) May I ask what reason a teacher would have to decline since students have their photo in Sims as well.

You can't get health problems from WiFi. A scientist in the US has offered $1,000,000 to someone who can prove that they can detect WiFi or have health problems caused by it. None of the people who claim to have these problems have passed a double blind test. I also read somewhere (cannot find link) that if somebody was "sensitive" to WiFi they would be in constant pain from mobile phone signals and all the other waves going about the place. Idiots. It's nonsense.

I do think the 360 controller is very well designed. If you get sensitivity how you like it on the right analog stick shooters work brilliantly. Still not quite as good as keyboard and mouse though.

I find myself torn between 360 and PC. FPS and strategy games on PC tend to be much better with the exception of Halo that just seems to "work" on a controller. Racing and sports games tend to be better on console. I've also heard GTA IV is pretty buggy on PC

A lot of people who work for the BBC do stuff for Channel 4. It works both ways actually: Mitchell and Webb who star in Peep Show also did That Mitchell and Webb Look on the beeb.
