Our Hitachi bulbs haven't given us a problem; however of recent, we are still using some old Promethean PRM-10 projectors (re badged Sanyos I guess). I have found that quite a few of the casings of the compatibles don't quite sit right and we have on at least two occasions, cracked two brand new bulbs trying to get them in place.

Yes they are roaming, however to cut down the hassle, I run a regular delprof2 task across the site so issues are minimized, I would say that in the years we have had CC4, we have only had around 3 or 4 actual profile corruptions, which I think is pretty good going?

Afternoon, I've been searching for answers to this question, but cannot find them anywhere to be honest. When a login profile becomes corrupt, what actually has to be done to repair the profile or create a new one? I suppose this question could pertain to both Vanilla/RM networks. The reason I ask there are some RM services and packages (OneDrive Mapper) which require a bulk profile clean on restricted (pupil) users and with 1600 plus accounts it is quite a tedious task to do via the RMMC - I was wondering if anyone knows the process behind and if there was a script out there that could be modified to automate this task more easily? Surely it just can't be the Appdata folder which is targeted and there is more to the process than meets the eye?

Viglen integras - we have had very little failures and they can do great pricing that no one else can touch for same spec as long as you buy in bulk

Ahh found it, boxes are unchecked. However, this issue pertains to printing only, the issue we have is only with copy jobs for some bizarre reason

The actual ball ache is that with the Konica Minolta touch pads, there is no difference in background/font colour between error messages that the print would throw up, or papercut - our Kyocera had a lovely white and green overlay in which in made it simple to identify issues -meh!

Hi can you point me in the direction of where these settings are to impose the 30p restriction. I have hunted high and low, I do vaguely remember seeing them in our old version of papercut though?

PS updated print server from papercut 16.3 to 16.4 yesterday and problem still exists!

Good shout, but we never set up any restrictions per say. Will check just in case - however we are talking users with £200 to £400 worth of balance....

Morning all, We have a relatively new install of Konica Minolta devices with papercut/follow me embedded keypads. Every so often a user will get a message up when trying to perform a copy job "Insufficient funds to complete job". Even though their balance is very healthy indeed. This over time will usually disappear, but I have still to unearth what causes this and if there is a quick way to resolve or a work around as in true teacher style they are copying for the imminent lesson. This is copy jobs only and print jobs are released with no issues. Has anyone else had this issue or are experiencing it currently? We never had this issue when we have our old Kyocera/Taskalfa fleet... TIA Andy T

Popping this in general chat as not work related. Has anyone set this up? I wan't to run live DJ Broadcasts from my house and I have failed at almost every point with xsplit broadcaster (In which I cannot find a way to detect a separate audio input rather than the internal mic or the mic on the webcam - not even a external soundcard resolved this I can see the card, however can't get the sound from mixer into the line in to be detected). OBS just fails to run with some sort of error which has escaped me at the moment. Anyone have any success or expertise in this field? Can't believe this has stumped me lol

Yes we have a mixture of setups like admin and SLT print directly to the device as they have no embedded papercut licences on their devices. I was meaning should in the follow me environment, should the hold release tick box be set at the virtual queue level OR the physical device level?

Morning, I am needing my memory jogged here. We have just entered a new contract with new copiers with embedded Papercut. Now if I remember correctly (it was three years ago in which I had done this) I created two virtual queues (colour and mono) and redirected the print jobs to the physical device in which they were then released from. I'm sure I had the "hold/release" settings where applied to each of the physical device tab. The new company has placed the hold/release settings to the virtual queues only. One thing I have noticed is that the jobs to take a little bit longer to release. I am wondering if I was to remove the hold/release from the virtual and transfer that setting to the physical devices it might perk the process up slightly. Just want to check if anyone who has a virtual queue set up and where they use the hold/release function?

Morning all, Trying to get to the bottom of an issue, where it seems our new head's personal email address seems to appear as an auto complete suggestion when typing her first name. This even appeared under my log in account and I was never privvy to her personal email address. Now I know that I can right click and delete, but that isn't really a fix as i'm sure that the case is that the email address will be exposed to pupils. My questions are - 1) What would cause the email address to be cached? Was it possibly added to a private group at one point and then removed? 2) Is there a repository somewhere in O365 land where we can purge the address in one swoop? 3) Can we put a rule in that only internal domain addresses are cached as autocomplete suggestions? Any ideas would be helpful, third line are insisting it is a "feature", but I ain't buying that lol.

* I must add that the mac mini server is a core i5, I forgot to mention
