  1. Sounds like an excuse to offload more DOTA2 copies to people who already have 20+ DOTA2 gifts in their inventory!!!
  2. I agree with this. While Google Music works a treat walking into work, going on a run with with running apps, etc etc, I have an iPod alarm clock and a nice Bose iPod dock in the front room, plus the iPod is grand in the car (got a little FM Transmitter for it) when in low signal areas. It's nice having both though. Once I've added my music to my NAS, Google Music uploads it straight away while I sync it to my iPod.
  3. Your already on my friends list. *cough* ARMA3 Alpha Guest Access *cough*
  4. You could try Google Music along side your external music source (once you get a new one/repair your old one). It's free so you loose nothing from trying it and can see if mobile music works for you or not. Once less device to carryaround. As for data and PAYG, GiffGaff, £12 p/m - 250 mins, unlimited txts and unlimited data and no contract either. However I think that discussion is for another thread...

    PS4 Announced

I want to know exactly what kit caused a 90-110 FPS jump, and what FPS @Sunnyknight's old kit was running at! That's kind of jump seem ridiculous, unless the FPS was only at 1-2 on your old rig!

    PS4 Announced

There is a difference between 'need' and 'want' though! I thought the concept behind the Titan was to allow Nvidia to further develop life-like facial animations?
  7. I don't think so... and please don't call him Shirley.
  8. Another iPod classic? I love my iPod and to be honest, if it died, I'd replace it with another. Do you have a smart phone? If you have unlimited data, you could try Google music. It's free to use with up to 20,000 tracks and saves spending on a new device. How much music do you have to load onto it?
  9. Take that filth OUT of the Steam thread!!! What did I say? Your a touchy sort of chap ain't ya...
  10. No need, there is an official EduGeek TS3 server: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/gaming/53754-edugeek-teamspeak-3-server.html
  11. I have a mic, plus always up for some EduGeek Steam game action. Choose your title...
  12. FAIL! I scheduled a server reboot last night in the hope it would fix it. I thought I scheduled it to run before last nights backup too but seems I actually scheduled it after! Just re-ran the task again via CentraStage and it's working. No issues using the system account here either. We run the backups in 250 schools using it via CentraStage for a few years now, never had a single problem. Thanks guys, off to refill my coffee I go!
  13. Yea, it's a scheduled batch file that runs via CentraStage. Tested the script manually on the server and also works fine. Only difference is CentraStage runs it as the system account.
  14. Got a scheduled backup routine to run overnight but it's suddenly started failing in one school with the following error: Running dbAttach and backing up SIMS manually works fine. Even more oddly is that the SOLUS3 database is also backed up immediately after the SIMS database using the same process and the SOLUS3 database backs up with no problems at all! Any ideas? I'm at a loss with this one.
  15. I'll be all over it like a rash once it's out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. I agree, some shows tend to veer right off course or add loads of extra stuff (Season 1 of the Walking Dead is a prime example), but I'm about a 3rd through book 1 and it seems to be almost like for like. In a way, it's a tiny bit annoying and think I could jump to the book that Season 4 will start on!Don;t worry though, I'm not going to!!! At least it clarified the situation with Robb's "army". Also really interested to see Arya and The Hound's relationship develop. Hopefully she seeks out that assassin dude with the coin!:
  17. Just watched Ep 10! A more low key ep than 9 with a not so huge ending either, but still good! Now to have withdrawal symptoms until Season 4!
  18. Thought as much however like you say, it was not shown very well. At first I though it was a select group of bodyguards and officer types there enjoying the celebrations, but when they all started dyeing, I thought that it must be his entire army there. You mean Catelyn's death scene? Once Rob was killed, I though she was going to die, then when she killed the girl and just stood there for what seemed like an age, I thought she was going to survive and be left forever in torment (maybe become mad or something), but then the guy with the sword just popped in scene and did the deed. That was also a bit of a shocker out of right field! I also wonder what has happened to Edmure and Roslin. Were they spared,or put to death in their wedding bed?
  19. Another question, what's happened to Rob's army? While the wedding was taking a turn for the worst, you saw some of his men being killed off but I imagine his whole army is still camped out somewhere? Surely they will hear of this and go nuts? Or is the idea that the vast majority of his troops were killed while celebrating effectively eradicating his army completely?
  20. I also find myself agreeing with him. However a slight disagreement with delivery. With orders done through finance, I find that in almost all cases, the goods have to be delivered to the address the finance order is set up against. I guess it's one extra security check for them to confirm you really do live where you say you do.
  21. Huzzar! Sounds like shoddy service! All that's left to do is name and shame!!!
  22. One more to go, 10 eps per season. As soon as Igetin tonight, I'm watching it. God knows how they can top the last episode! Also, cracking idea @LeMarchand!
  23. Incompatible database is an out of date client. Everything that @synaesthesia said. The most common problem we find is that users expect SIMS to be upgraded but find it's not been added into the SIMS Workstation Channel so gets missed. Also, if the workstations are in the SOLUS3 UI, are they listed as "online" and on the correct agent version? If the agent is not running for whatever reason, again, the workstation will fail. Also, SOLUS3 will only deploy to workstations if the upgrade against the server components has been successful. If it fails, workstations won't upgrade (and in theory, the database should not be updated either) but if you accidentally use SOLUS2, that could upgrade the database and cause the incompatable database issues. It does sounds more though like your environment is not set up quite correctly though...
  24. Need to try and figure out no what I'm meant to be doing at 50! Start working on getting some better gear!
