  1. Damn.... are you bionic at this point?
  2. I've been lucky, riding every day to work for 4 years and not had an accident, had a few very close calls and twitchy bum hole moments though! I can imagine it's quite hard to get back on the bike if you've come off.
  3. I'm getting a few users reporting problems when configuring their office 365 email on their iPhone. We use RM Unify to login to Office 365 and the phones are constantly asking for login details to RM unify to download latest mail. Weirdly, it's only been reported by a hand full of users. I've tried the obvious things like checking the settings and re-add the account, even tried wiping a phone and starting from scratch but it still happens. This only happens with RM Unify accounts in the iphone mail app, other accounts such as hotmail work okay. The Microsoft Outlook app works fine with the same account on the same phone so seems to be specific to IOS mail app. I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this problem? RM are saying they've not had the issue anywhere else. The only thing in common I've found so far is all of the phones are quite recent models, most of the kids have older iPhones 5/6 and i've had any reports from them of the problem. I've managed to update a 2 year old iPad pro to IOS11 and the mail works absolutely fine. Anyone else using RM Unify had this?
  4. Oh dude, hope it hasnt put you off? Wet leaves are like ice.
  5. Anyone seen their insurance rise this year? Cheapest price I can find is £200 more than I payed last year!!
  6. Hi Guys, I'm looking for some advice on Visual Studio Community 2017. We're going to be teaching computer science for the first time next academic year and Visual Studio has been requested. We're running Win10 on an RM CC4 network and just wondered what the best method for installing the program is. It seems to be a bit mixed as to whether people install Visual Studio direct to a machine or they use a Virtual machine to run it. How have you guys got it setup?
  7. Speaking of gloves... I bought a pair of Held Arctic Evos recently and I was toasty riding to work this morning despite it being -1. Cost me a small fortune though!
  8. Yeah, my instructor told me Suzukis are really top heavy?
  9. I've been riding a Honda CBR500 for 2 years now, you can ride it on a restricted license and I have to say it's more than enough power than you need for commuting. It's comfortable sitting at 70mph with enough left to accelerate if you need to. I have a full unrestricted license, but not felt the need to go any bigger. You may want a bigger bike if you're spending hours on the motorway, but for 30-60min commute it's fantastic.
  10. That's interesting. The message I got implied it was made to add protection from inappropriate content. It certainly did that, as well as protecting me from appropriate content and pretty much anything interesting.
  11. It's been fixed for us now. Think they had a lot of complaints.
  12. Just came across this myself. It was fine Monday last week so it's something they've done in the last 7 days. Really irritating and I don't even see it communicated anywhere.
  13. I'm currently running 1.7.9 on a windows 7 VM and looking to upgrade. After what i've read on here, i'm just going to create a new VM and install a fresh copy. Any recommendations for what OS works best?
  14. I'm looking for some options for chromebook storage, but other than lock and charge i've not seen anyone else that has the buckets that students can transport the devices around with. Anyone seen any other Manufacturers that do this kind of storage? I need to house 30 chromebooks, but be able to easily move them to and from different classrooms.
  15. Just don't get one of those polite vests.....
  16. Also very important, try the helmet on before you buy it. They all fit a bit differently and a poor fitting helmet is as good as a wooly hat in an accident. I went to a dealer and tried a load on and then found the best deal online.
  17. Got it working - Created a new folder called "Autograph" in Program Files (x86) and copied all of the files from the Autograph 3.3 folder. Only copy the files on the route of that folder, do not copy any of the other folders. Then create new shortcut to the agraph.exe in the new Autograph folder. Beyond me why this works, but it does.
  18. Helmet, Gloves, Jacket, Trousers and Boots. What sort of distance are you going to be travelling and will you be doing it all year round? You're likely to want different gloves and clothes when it's 25 degrees in July from when it's -5 in January. I wouldn't say gear is cheap, but you can get kitted up for a few hundred quid. www.sportsbikeshop.com and GetGeared - Gear for Bikers are where I buy most of my stuff from. RST stuff is fairly good on a budget.

  20. Thanks, I might look at this if I cant find a solution to get Autograph working. It works fine on Win7 64bit for me.
  21. Is anyone on Windows 10 using autograph? Autograph Maths - The Dynamic Classroom Software I've added the DLL for anniversary update described on their support site and also tried the new version they've recently released. Both networked versions wont open when clicked, the standalone works okay. The program appears in task manager but doesn't actually open. Anyone else had this problem?
  22. We're using equitrac which has a lot of controls, all printing set to BW and double sided as default. There's a lot of rules you can set, but the most important thing is an SLT that will back you up when staff start to complain they cant print whatever they want.
  23. We've found a massive improvement in the reliability of these things when we use a dedicated power source. I've been powering them with these https://www.amazon.co.uk/DURACELL-DR6001A-WORLD-CHARGER-110-240V/dp/B00GQV0TVW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495202963&sr=8-1&keywords=duracell+travel+charger They still drop out sometimes, but no way near as much.
  24. It's normally the Germans, Audi/BMW/Mercedes/VW I look out for. I'll have to look out for these now too.
