might not be related but do you have a hyperv cluster by any chance My main user storage file server did this and the only way to fix it was move the vm to another node and reboot, so might be failing hardware

what issues are you having `when i had issues with these if you rename the ipevo folder created in the documents folder the system starts to work again never got to the bottom of it

it should still run with no batteries in so remove the batteries and power it up (check fuses as well) if it runs with batteries out then the batteries are your problem

yes you can but it is flakey at best the user interface is numb or it could just be me i suppose for intouch to work well your sims data has to be accurate staff having email correctly set contacts of students need to be 100% accurate then you have the permissions issue which group they need to be in within sims you dont want every man and his dog sending messages its a recepie for disaster.

we use lanschool and have the same issue pcs not showing up until the pc is rebooted not much help for you flat network no vlans, looking at netsupport again as it just worked but price moved me away channel zero is for all pcs so they should show up (move a teacher pc into a student ou to test if its routing) another thing to ask is the logging of teacher pc activity web browsing keystroke etc as when i asked i was told why do you need to check teachers machines (support contract ended the same day due to arrogance of the support team) a no it cant do that would have been fine but the attitude of the guy just boiled my blood in all the time i used it it was hit and miss so not the best product but cheap especially if you are moving from another product i get special pricing (50% off) long time ago now

tried everything apart from ports now, might have to ditch mosyle and try an alternative why is this so hard

it just works and is that easy ipads suck but you can gointo certificates on the ipad and see what its doing and also check to see if it is set to trusted goto settings and type certificate

i put mine in the trusted root and it works no problem just create a gpo and apply it to a fresh imaged pc to see if it works

i had an issue once on our server that required deleting the administration profile and recreating otherwise nothing worked. ensure you have a backup admin profile first just in case a good test would be to create a new account on the server and try launching sims under the new account just to rule out corrupt profile I have never had to reboot the sims server after an upgrade maybe i should (would not hurt i suppose) fresh start

if you search from the home screen for a parent and then select the parent from the list sims crashes with an error code 2882-7778 going through the student details no issues just seems to be contacts can you check your sims setup to see if it happens for you

we do have the ssl installed as part of the rollout its just the apps that wont push on filtered connection. how can i find out what is blocking it

We have a around 40 ipads that are managed through Mosyle All setup fine but I do have issues pushing apps out I know the system is working as i have an unfiltered wifi connection to test with My issue is when on the unfiltered connection apps push out no problem but on our filtered connection apps will not push out i have whitelisted at the firewall everything Mosyle said and all of apples ip range but i can not find what the issue is if anyone on exe has mosyle running on filtered connection would you mind sharing your settings or whitelist of ips urls support have tried to help but cant get to the bottom of it it is driving me mad as i have to switch the ipads to unfiltered to push out anything (very time consuming)

they can turn off location services even with mosyle thats what i was told by support
