For those that use Ubiquiti, how did you them installed? I'm looking for a company to do the actual physical installation as our site team are over worked as it is, without me adding to their workload!

Not sure I would recommend this for a 4 year old, whilst an absolutely beautiful film, it is also utterly morose and fairly depressing. As mentioned before, My Neighbour Totoro would be a better Studio Ghibli pick Otherwise the Winnie the Pooh films are good for kids, as is the Minion movie which is on Netflix.

Our Xporter Agent has been down since Jan 4th, so no updates to Show My Homework or CPOMS since the start of term. I've raised it directly with Groupcall and via CPOMS, with no resolution. Wonde, on the other hand, has worked without any issues.

Has he played Kerbal Space program? To keep this thread on track, last movie I watched was Joker (Sky). Thought it was good, but massively overhyped. Definitely had its moments though, and the acting was top notch.

Either a 4k Chromecast (ethernet connection to the router) or my gaming laptop, again with an ethernet connection to the router (put one in when running the speaker cable, so it comes out next to the sofa!) Stadia is bearable using wireless, but I notice that I'm playing an online stream. With a wired connection, I don't, and it feels like any other console or PC game.

Started it on Stadia last night. Have to say, being able to buy a game and play it seconds later, no downloads or patches, was quite pleasing. Only managed an hour or so, but no issues and looks pretty good!

You could look at Lansweeper, but it isn't free. I pay for it and find it the most useful bit of software I've ever used, though I don't use the helpdesk aspect (costs extra for more than one person), as I use Freshdesk for that.

Do you use MDT at all? It can a bootable .ISO image when updating the deployment share.

They've released a new RDP file, seems to point to PSFCB.PSFCLOUD.COM with a gateway server of webapp.psfcloud.com so possible two urls to whitelist.

Certainly tempted just to get two controllers for the Stadia! Also, they've added Everspace and Into the Breach for Pro users, which I've been wanting to try out for awhile.

I switched from Spiceworks online to Freshdesk. I don't think linking up to Azure AD is free, but it's definitely possible. Basic Freshdesk is free, might be worth checking out.

Yes, this is the most worrying aspect, and my biggest barrier to greater adoption of Stadia. I would prefer that they went down the rental option, that way I can test a game on Stadia, and buy it on another platform if it's a game I think I'll want to play 5-10 years down the line. I think, though I'm not sure, this is how Amazon's Luna is likely to work.

Thanks to @bald_pig I got the Premier version of Stadia with Pro until February. It's not bad on my 40-50mbs line, provided I use a ethernet lead rather than wireless. But the games library for it, for me at least, isn't particularly exciting. A lot of older games, some indie hits, and the odd exclusive, but nothing like a Halo/Final Fantasy/Metal Gear/Mario/Zelda etc However, now the playing field is levelled out a bit, as no one has a massive range of next gen games, the Stadia might be about to come into it's own. It is a full fledged, next gen console, for free* that will play at 4k with HDR. So it's worth looking at. Along with Amazon Luna, X-Cloud and Geforce Now. For me, the litmus test is going to be Cyberpunk 2077, as it's the first (and possible only!) game I'll be buying for Stadia. I'm hoping the experience will be better than the PS4 Pro can provide (especially around loading times) or my laptop, which won't handle 4k graphics. *You need something to play it on, and you need to buy a game, but otherwise there's no upfront cost, unlike a PS5 or Xbox Series X

Yes, that's exactly it. The ordering can be through a webpage, which is more like a traditional cloud based system, but the actual management of the system that your finance team will use is RDC.

I've just got gateway.psfcloud.com unblocked/whitelisted and that seems to be enough.

I was worried that a hardware fault would be the general consensus, but it does seem the most probably. I was just hoping it was a Windows issue. Time to setup a return under warranty! James

Has anyone else having issues with Lenovo T450s and graphics drivers? As soon as I change the driver from the Microsoft Display Adapter to the Intel® HD 5500, it gives me a black screen with a cursor. Windows is merrily running, but I can't see anything. Boot into safe mode and everything is fine again. As soon as I'm out of safe mode, with the Intel driver, I can see the initial Windows screen, but as soon as I click to enter a username and password, the screen 'freezes' and if I manage to login, the screen just goes black with a cursor. I have tried: 3 different Intel Drivers Updating Windows via Windows Updates Changing the resolution Connecting an external display Two different versions of Windows 10 (1905 and 2004) Changing the Screen driver Running Lenovo System Center and updating all drivers found there I'm out of ideas The other T450s bought at the same time, no issues whatsoever... Anyone got a suggestion?

We use Sora here. I'm not sure we would recommend it, but it's probably a better option than kindles.

I think you had to a member as of November 6th. Also, if you're a Google One Member, it turns the 1 month trial into a 3 month trial...
