Ok thanks all. Sadly its a school that I only see once a week for 2 hours. Will try it next time I see them.

Ah ok. I was under the impression that using the media creation tool and making a usb it would do a full clean install and not an upgrade? Can you confirm it will do an upgrade and not a clean install.

Hi, I'm trying to update Windows 10 on a vivid touch interactive board which has very limited space. From the guides I have found the Update Assistant says that 8GB are required. It goes though 2 sets of progress bars and eventually errors saying it doesn't have enough space. All though we have over 8GB free. It also says in the guide that if we have a memory stick inserted it will give the option to use the memory stick for installation purposes but there no option to select the USB drive. Could any one help. Thanks, Mike

Just in case anyone is finding this thread and wondering what the hidden driver deep in HP was. I found: Drivers & Software - HP Support Center. Version:2023.5.130.2015 Rev.A (17 Mar 2015) It is not linked to HP 350 G2 support page for some reason but I have installed this driver and now getting better performance. No more lost packets and speed gone from 19-36Mbps to a solid 65Mbps

I'm not sure what you are asking me to do. The printers are installed on the mac server and shared out. No papercut sofware is installed on the mac server. We have papercut but this is installed on a windows print server. The mac server has the printers installed via IP and not using the windows print server. And the mac server is sharing out the printer, so papercut shouldn't be part of the problem here.

If I turn off IP4 as well I will have no connection to the network. What information are you basing this on?
-
Hi Aaron, Sorry turning off v6 did not make any difference.

Did you find a solution to this problem? I have got a load of iMac that were printing fine up until today. No changes to the mac system that I know of apart from server password being changed couple week ago but been working fine since then until today. I'm getting the same error message as described. Appreciate any help as I'm not versed in the dark inner working of mac and find overall Mac system to be poorly designed for networks.

Chisel seems bugged. Created new chisel after update. Went to convert 5 stacks of andesite and it gave back 5 blocks instead. :-/ -

Think FTB servers are having issues tonight. Currently downloading the update pack at 33KB/s. Like the good old days of dialup at the moment. It's just FTB servers as other sites are fast. Might be ready by tomorrow. lol -

I must admit I rage quit last night. After having bad day at work and then being faced with 2016mc's prank. Did look round for my grave but never thought to look up. I'll probably be on during the weekend and will check for chests. -
+1 for Hermitcraft. I've had a liitle play with it and seem good. Only thing missing on it is WALIA but I think its client side anyway so can be installed additionally. I'm up for a group build with a theme.

Cool! Thank you. I think I was about 2000 blocks out. I claimed the chunks on FTB utils if that helps, and was very close to a village- 32 replies

Hi localzuk, the server has been down for me for few weeks now. I presumed because the competition had ended. Can you confirm it is still online?- 32 replies

[sims] Assessment | Individual Report - Changing Word Template
mikeglover posted a topic in MIS Systems
Hi all, I am looking for a way to change the Word Template on mass for all Individual Reports in SIMS. I basically need to change the header and footer on all of them and we have quite alo of Individual reports setup. I can click on a report and then click on Word Template and it will bring up the Template for that one report and can be changed but I'm after changing all of the templates on mass as they all have the same header and footer. The staff member who has done this in the past has left and Captia support are as useful as ever. Any help would be gratefully received. -
Thats odd. Havn't seen a driver without one so can't comment on whether it should be added. What make is it?
-
Had this similar Error 0x80070bcb but on Windows 7 clients and 2012R2 print server. In the end it is because the printer driver being used on the server was not packaged and a recent Windows update has broken stuff. This can be found under Print Management > Drivers and will be set to false for packaged? In our case Canon driver are not updated to be packaged drivers. On the print server I had to change in the registry HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Enviroments\Windowsx64\Drivers\...\Driver name\PrinterDriverAttributes If the driver is false PrinterDriverAttributes will be an even number and needs to be incremented by 1 to make it odd. This then makes it think its a packaged driver. A hack but it worked for me. I can find the original post I found this on but I have found this that should explain it a bit more: https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/Package-Aware-Print-Drivers/td-p/180787

My longest deployments are science workstations / laptops as they have alot of software which has multimedia and video in them. 21st Century Science, Multimedia Science School, Exploring Science. They can take about 3 hours sometimes, depending on how fast the hard drive is. Are you using Multicast by chance? If your doing large deployments at same time you will find it slows down quite a bit using Unicast. I've heard that with Multicast turned on deploying to a single machine is slower than Unicast. I never got Multicast to work here can decided that wasn't worth the hassle.

Quite a few things it could depend on. Not sure what system your using but as a reference it takes about 20-30mins for a laptop to build using MDT with latest updates + office in the image and then installing subject specific software afterwards can greatly increase this to over an hour. This is over Gigabit Ethernet. If your concerned about speed. I would check via your switches if your able or some monitoring software to check what speed the NIC is negotiating at and the throughput while building. I found in the past I had a machine that had a 1000Mbit card but was imaging slow only to find during the build process in WinPE it didn't have proper network driver and only negotiating at 100Mbit. Hope this helps
