    We are still developing the firewall - it will change shape over the coming years to be more edu focussed.

    Unfortunately other vendors using those systems are limited to pure URL filtering and search term alerting - no content filtering or monitoring. We will be releasing an agent for ipad that does some additional URL filtering alongside the browser though.

    Bloody support, too fast The old client... I would avoid it, I think it will still work, but openvpn is better.

    Maiden does support radius accounting - someone has given you a bad steer there, it no longer supports getting groups from radius

    Is this on a machine that should be excluded from proxying? If it's an auth issue you could put the destination domain in "allow for all" and do-not-auth-for...

    Can you fish out any thickets which are still open (not able to SSO with MS sounds like its still an issue) and I will go get them escalated properly

    Smoothwall remains your only UKSIC accredited option if you want firewall and filter in the same box we can support openvpn if you need to keep VPN knocking about for now?

    Yeah, it can. Google have refused to admit this regression is a bug. We're going to work around it.

    Yeah, I would definitely look at transparently proxying their traffic on a restricted (but not authenticated) vlan.

    Which auth type are you using? Not heard of any changes there...

    Actually a bug in Chrome (no longer differentiating fetch and prefetch). This also affects some ofther vendors - so if you are seeing this with any filtering extension, the same workaround applies
