  1. Has anyone contacted support recently and noticed how long they take to respond to requests. I contacted support last month about an issue with filtering. they took over a month to respond to my request. Last week I contacted them for another issue, its now been nearly two weeks and still no response from the support team. You have people in triage who constantly lie. I complained to the customer success managers however, they don't seem bothered at all. They keep saying how overwhelmed they are with support calls and they are doing their best to support everyone. Would like to know if anyone else is having similar issues with smoothwall support as I personally have lost confidence in them and am seriously thinking of moving to a different filtering supplier. Any recommendations? thanks Amin
  2. Hi Mike, Thank you for your help. I will give this a go.
  3. Thank you for your reply. Can I ask where you got the 20H2 installer from? Also I notice if we ran the 20H2 update you have to stay logged in otherwise it stops installing.
  4. Hi All, Has anyone found a way to feature update the computers to 20H2. we have over 750 computers on RM CC4 Network and I cant get them to feature update. I really dont want to go round and rebuild all 750 computers. appreciate any help or suggestions.
  5. Thank you.
  6. Hi All, Need some help here. We have just sighed up for Office 365 for students. Anyone know how I manage the whole thing. Is there a management console where I can add users and manage the whole thing. Sorry but I haven't been given any kind of information about this and I am very lost at the moment. Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks Amin
  7. Hi All, We are very unhappy with the service from Atomwide and LGFL. We are thinking of jumping ship and moving to another broadband supplier. Has anyone done this yet or does anyone know if this is possible? If it is, what other suppliers are there that we can consider? Thanks Bodrul
  8. Hi TwoPlus1 Have you had any luck with this as I am having the same problem? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
  9. HI I had the same problem. I resolved it by using a non proxyed internet connection. Sudo apt-get doesnt work if the server is sitting behind a internet proxy server. Hope this helps. Amin
  10. thanks Chad. i will give that a go Amin
  11. I have managed to sort this out now. I took the server to another place of work which doesnt require Proxy settings and installed FOG there. All works fine now.
  12. Hi Guys Im new to this Forum and this is my first post. Im trying to Install FOG and I am getting this error as well "Apache2 Failed" Looking at the previouse threads it sounds like it maybe to do with proxy settings? My internet only works with a proxy settings, turning the proxy off will not work for me. Is there anyway round this. Im desperate to get this working.... Any help will be Appreciated. Thanks Amin
