I am rereading "Master and Commander" - seafaring action written 55 years ago. I've nominated it for this time's Qoria Book Social (Leeds Branch), so wanted to refresh my memory. It's ace. Im also rereading Snowcrash, which isnt as great as I remember.

When you get bigger, there are growing pains, but it's about how you address them isn't it James. We've had our ups and downs but I'd say our support is better today than ever. Always room for improvement though.

Yes, that's the driving force behind this. Im told youtube will soon embed ads in the actual video stream - which will make it even harder to remove.

Adblockers that work on youtube, are to my knowledge, all broken in Chrome as of this week. I'll have the team go around again.

With idex you should not need any auth exceptions unless some unauthenticated devicers are using the network, or things are happening while no user is logged in

If the user has properly logged in, Idex should pick up the entire IP as that user - regardless of the software being used. Is there fast user switching or some other horror on the go?

How are you authenticating these users?

There shouldnt be any issues as far as I know - we can certainly help you if there are

Just add the domain. As otherwise the smoothie is gonna look at the URL and say "I cant be that discriminant, I wont match"

Bear in mind that you will only be able to do this by domain (as until we mitm we don't have any URL data)

BTW, if you are having questions asked - I would suggest look at the UK Safer Internet Centre's appropriate filter accreditations https://saferinternet.org.uk/guide-and-resource/teachers-and-school-staff/appropriate-filtering-and-monitoring/appropriate-filtering/filtering-accreditation-scheme-for-uk-schools are a good place to start. If your provider is one of the ~5 on there then really you don't need to look for external validation in terms of your choices.

Yes - the article was archived, as it was about a historic change, which should have long been reflected in users' policies. However, the member of the docs team I spoke to thought there might be some value in there, so it will be reviewed. Our help articles have been part of zendesk for a while now, rather than an indexing issue it seems that article has been archived. What were you looking for particularly? I will ask why it has been archived but I am in Perth at the mo so may take a day or 2
