  2. I might have this. I was sorting a cupboard this week and found some old RM CC4 stuff. I'm not back till Wednesday now, so I can let you know. @rmusergroup.
  3. We have Canon photocopiers and have the scan to email function working via O365. I'll have to check the config and let you know.
  4. Did anyone get an answer to this. Struggling to get anything to connect that uses radius. NPS setup on FRS. Radius client set to the IP of the VC in NPS. Authentication/accounting set on VC to point to FRS. Policy set up the same way as our previous Wireless controller, not Aruba but Cisco. Thanks in advance, David

  9. I found the red and black label roll better than the black rolls. Same price. Just everyone has a slight redish tinge to the picture.
  10. When I had a hand over from the BSF IT provider I had things like: Cabinet layouts Switch config with details about VLANs Site maps with locations of APs (some were cleverly located) Document with passwords, this included local server and workstations passwords as well as the domain admin passwords. Switch, hypervisor, smoothwall, wireless controller, RM tutor configuration passwords. Diagram how the cabinets interconnect. Warranty details for servers, San, wireless controller. What roles and crucial apps are installed on what server. IP schema. Hope this helps! Congrats on the new post.
  11. As far as I'm aware, Groupcall Emerge has been an EOL product for about a year now, well that's what I was told when they couldn't fix an issue we had with this back then! I'd be interested to find out if that was a load of #@&£ and that it's still being supplied! David
  12. So after about 5 hours of mucking around with this today for what feels like umpteenth time I have managed to get this working with a fudge in the psexec version of running the script. I've basically used the - u and -p parameters after the psexec and used a domain admin passwordto see if there was some further permission issue. Low and behold it worked. Although this isn't secure it works so I have another avenue to follow to why the permissions set on task sequence aren't being passed whilst the task is being run. I have imaged about 10 machines now and this way the pdq deploy task does execute the installation of packages. Hope this helps! Regards David
  13. Are you trying to install on 64bit or 32bit? The drivers are not 64bit compatible. Although I've yet to try installing on win10 32bit of an6 kind. David
  14. Not sure if anything in the background has changed but the app is now showing notifications to subscribed threads. David
  15. For me they just don't load. I have cleared the data and cache for app in the settings menu thinking that there could be something corrupt, still no joy. David
  16. Hi, I hope this will get found here, not sure where else to raise this or to let know directly. I have noticed today/this evening that subscribed articles are not showing on the notifications tab on app on Android. I have several hundred subscribed articles and if i check via the full website view i can see these subscriptions. I've also tried this on a couple of Android devices today. All other functions seem to work as expected. Regards, David
  17. +1 for Toucan, have used them for more than 10 years. Always good service, support are great. The setup of your solution can be flexible and how you would like it and if your not a mac person or sure what you want they will guide you and are not pushy.
  18. Using National Retail Systems (NRS) and have done for about 6-7 years, firstly provided by the LA catering service and now via a bid with a new catering service.
  19. My Ho6th contacted me today to say that we've bought into this and I've done x, y and z but might need some help with a, b and c! They want the perspective new Yr 12s for 19/20 to apply online this year. Seems OK but being chucked into this, I don't know really know to much other than a couple screens she showed me.
  20. Have you looked into Xibo (https://xibo.org.uk). Have never used in production myself, just had a play to see how it worked if/when we replace our current solution in the future.
  21. Thank you to all for your replies. Greatly appreciated, David
  22. Hi All, I have been asked to look into online applications forms for collecting applications for our Sixth Form. We've previously done this all by paper and email. We want to move into a modern way of collecting this information and wondered what systems other schools/sixth forms use to collect the application? Many thanks in advance, David
  23. Now you say that, my test host that I've recently setup, the server on there each morning is switched off. Just not had any time to look into this. I would be interested in any solutions that people come up with. Thanks in advance as well.
