Can someone please explain as it seems a bit blurred to me.. Are the BSF saying that the LGFL's or Counties might keep ICT in house ? Or is it to give RM and others a earlier and stronger say ? We have the same problem with ADT and they have seriously delayed the installation of our CCTV and are too big to care.... We are now using Clearview CCTV and they are fantastic... They were recomended to us....They do a lot of Police Forces and are very reliable and accommodating….. We are looking to have an Admin Person man a phone and Log Fault Calls.. Or a staff member can open and log a fault from thier classroom.. We are looking for software that can do this.. It needs to then be managed so that I can allocate a technician to it and then the job logged by the tech... Any ideas ? links please.. I like Job Manager but it seems to be only from the Tech side in issuing jobs not recording new jobs from staff..

Hi We are a PC School with 600 PC's and 9 Windows 2003 Servers.. My Boss likes the RM One and Viglen Omnipro Style PC and we have a few of those areund the site.. But now my Boss is being corrupted to the darkside and has been around to some Apple lovers home and likes the all in one style of the I-Mac.. And now with the Dual Boot I can't say that or programs won't run on it... We have invested in Ranger and use it for the security of the network... And have no Apples onsite.. Can Members please give me constructive arguements on why we shouldn't want Apples.. as I really do not need Apples in my life

I wouldn't do it like that as there are Chapter Tests after each Chapter that have to be passed to go on to the next chapter.. I would find a ocal computer training centre (ones for refugees and such) and try to get on a free CCNA course there as they will help you through the chapters

I did that and was dumped on for not looking after my ICT Suites as at the end of the day AUP or no AUP the ICT Manager is responsible for the suites and should boot out bad classes

We have ours 30 cm to 50 cm above the floor as if it's any lower only midgets will be able to use them... as well as the students at the back wouldn't be able to see the board because the students in front of them would be in the way as it would be too low...

3COM have a very powerful Core Switch... that isn't a ripoff like Cisco..

OMG... Just Upgraded to Ex2003 SP2 and the OWA's conked out.. It looks as tho it's loading but it just hanges... Looks like the Logon.asp was written over... Only backed up the Mailboxes and not the files... Any idea on how to fix this as the OWA link was \\servername\exchange and this just hangs...

Hi I have Exchange 2003 standard SP2 .. I have set the quota/Limit to 250 mb .. But there are some users that I need to not be limited.. how do I allow these users not to be controlled by the limit ?
