  1. No issues with the app here, we have a similar setup using a bluetooth printer. The only problem we have is sometimes the bluetooth printer disconnects...
  2. My support ticket for this issue has just been updated with the below "This has now been passed up to our Escalations team for further investigation. A member of the team will be in touch once a suitable update is available. Many thanks for your continued patience." Glad it's not just broken for me.
  3. Yea, ours was working prior.. wish I hadn't touched it now. After I tried to setup oAuth with 365, I attempted to revert back to the old method & all the details had been cleared from the "Your Own SMTP Server" page. I set it back up exactly how it was before & now it doesn't work.
  4. They are investigating & it is a wide spread issue, however they don't have a fix yet. Would be nice if they could get it working over the next day or two, rather use oAuth for free than pay a third party (or use bromcom SMTP) for a SMTP service.
  5. Well BC support came back to me and oAuth looks to be broken for 365 With the old auth methods being retired from Microsoft I cannot go back to using the previous method, so looking at other options now.
  6. Anyone else successfully setup the Office 365 SMTP service? I'm having trouble so far.. Upon clicking "grant access" in Bromcom you get met with this error. The app in entra is a "multi tenant" application, so I cannot make any changes to it from my end, ticket open with Bromcom support.
  7. We're still on our easter break, week 2/2 now..
  8. Ahh didn't know that regarding the multicast - good to know! Our PBX is in a different VLAN so i'll leave that as it is That's ok, i'm going to test the config with a few phones & then i'll look at making a new template to re provision all the other phones with the same settings.
  9. Finally getting around to moving our IP phones & PBX off our main network... Am i on the right track here? 3CX, Yealink T4xS phones, Mikrotik/Neatgear switches Created a new VLAN specifically for VOIP (ID 500) Tagged trunk ports where required from core to edge switches Firewall will be handling DHCP, so to provision phones I've set DHCP option 66 to https://my-domain.3cx.co.uk:5001/provisioning/p8l5401x6ju On our edge switches to the phones, should I be leaving our Data VLAN untagged, and tagging the VoIP VLAN from the switch to the phone? Then configuring the phone to set the WAN port to the VoIP VLAN and the PC port to the Data VLAN?
  10. Have a look at Action1. It would be free for you with only 100 endpoints, this can completely automate windows updates, plus third party applications.
  11. I stand corrected, there doesn't seem to be a limit on devices now - i'm sure there was a few years back!
  12. Mosyle is pretty decent. We've used it for a few years now. Started out with the free version for about 30 iPads. We have nearly 100 now & we are now on the K-12 version, as we needed some of the premium features to make our lives easier. You can absolutely get by with the free version. There is a limit on the amount of devices you can add however.
  13. We use Read&Write here
  14. There will most likely be a PW reset jumper, removing the CMOS doesn't always clear the password
  15. About time! Maybe this can replace the start2.bin method
  16. Is this a new one too? User Policy > Administrative Templates > Start menu & Taskbar > Configure Start Pins
  17. Oooo interesting - i'll have to update our ADMX, we're still running on 24H2
  18. Ours are still the same too. We have T42S/T46S/T48S - on the latest firmware.
  19. We've had reports of a few parents not receiving announcements.. all looks fine from our end
  20. Thanks everyone appreciate the input, got some more ideas now 😃
  21. The enterprise kit does look nice spec wise, dual PSU's are nice too... shame it's so expensive.
  22. Looking to upgrade our core switch to something more modern, hopefully without breaking the bank. Currently we have a HP 5406ZL J8697A. We only have 5 VLANs & do our routing through our XGS, so our 5406ZL is just used as a L2 switch. Does anyone use UniFi kit at their core? From a quick browse UniFi's website, I'd seen these I was thinking of using this as the aggregation for the fibre connections Switch Hi-Capacity Aggregation - Ubiquiti Store United Kingdom This for 10Gb backbone for servers Switch Pro XG 24 - Ubiquiti Store United Kingdom This for physical management instead of software controller CloudKey+ SSD - Ubiquiti Store United Kingdom I've seen the enterprise editions, but these seem overkill for our network & what we actually need.
  23. If they are using switch user, the other user is still using system resources in the background. You can disable switch user if that is an option for you via GPO, forcing users to sign out completely. 8GB of memory is pushing it a bit with Windows 11, but it should be enough just for basic office apps, browsing (for one user)
  24. 🤔 Looks like their manual scaling of resources didn't resolve the problem
