Hi, What do you use for Room Booking? We currently use Microsoft's Resources to book rooms and equipment. But we want a single portal where staff can view and make bookings of rooms, we also want it to pull timetable data from iSAMS, write to and from an Outlook calendar. Cheers!!

We are running for Cyber Essentials at school and everything is looking compliant except for our staff BYOD / Mobile Devices. Our CE consultancy as said we have 2 options.... 1) have a school policy that says no BYOD devices on the network with includes accessing Microsoft 365 / any school cloud services, even while on trips or at home. 2) introduce a MDM and have a management profile on the staff personal devices to dictate security requirements for example 6 digit pin. According to our CE consultancy these are our only options, to us this seems a tad ridiculous! How do you do this?.... We need some help from other schools with CE! THANK YOU.

It appears the issue has gone away now. All we did was remove the link and create a new link into the root OneDrive folder "OneDrive - SCHOOLNAME" if you try to move the link to the desktop for example, it will break everything again, LEAVE IT IN THE ROOT.

Hi QwertyMash... This user has a hyphen on their last name within the Last name field and their display name which is within the Display name field.

Does anyone know how to get a hyphenated name to show? It just strips the hyphen out...

Hi, Our business manager wants a ticketing system / project management system for our Estates team... Now, we need something super simple as these people are not techie at all. I've found Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Professional version but sadly its extremely expensive (over £1500 per year for 4 licenses). Any ideas what we might be able to use.... Cheers!

It would appear the Sharepoint OneDrive Links on the desktop no longer work... anyone that had a link on their desktop has been removed and we can't add to the desktop anymore but can add them directly to OneDrive root.

Anyone else seeing weird OneDrive sync issues? Come in this morning and all the Sharepoint OneDrive links are gone from most users, the links are still available through OneDrive on the web but no longer showing within Windows!

Can't install Voice Packages for some reason on Windows 10 21H2 Education. Has anyone had this issue before?
