Anyone else experiencing weird issues with M365 today? Our users are reporting Outlook isn't working and our admin accounts report no license's this is across all 10 schools in the trust!

Make sure the computers are included in the AAD sync.

We've just ordered a new UPS but it has come with the standard UK kettle lead "C13", our old UPS was a C19 port to IEC. How do you plug your UPS in?... Is using a standard UK C13 kettle lead okay to use now?

I'm 100% confident it is an issue with "Cumulative updates for Windows 10, and Windows 11 - March 2023". I've just built a laptop from its box, off the domain and it worked fine, but as soon as we did all the updates and installed March 2023 update it is now not working with SD cards!!

We are experiencing weird issues this week... external SD card readers are not showing in Windows Explorer on Windows 11 & Windows 10 devices.... worked fine last week but nothing this week. It can't be GPO has we haven't changed anything and can't find any issues online with updates, any one else got this issue?

Can you ping the DC from another device? Try hostname & IP....

Yep, this is what we do! Driver is installed in the Task Sequence and the GPO just maps the Printer Queue. Simple & Easy.
