Recommend a cheap XGA projector

We need 10 XGA projectors and are looking at a budget of around £400-£600 each.

 

We'll be arranging installation using caretakers and electrical contractors, and sourcing the parts ourselves.

 

Anyone recommend any?

I generally use IDN Supplies for projectors/ whiteboards. I use a guy called Ash on 01204 363530. Been using them for about 18 months now with total success.

I've stopped selling the maximum brightness thing. New projectors usually have an eco mode which is nice and quiet as well. Hi res is essential I think - in comparison the old 800x600 projectors are horrible to use.

1700 lumens is the max for education.

 

Thought it was 1500 - has becta upped it?

I been looking at these for some of my summer projects. I personlly recommend the Sanyo PLC-XW11. this comes with a free bulb offer at the moment and 3 year warranty for 399 or theres a Benq MP***c (i cant remember the full model) buts its XGA for about the same price and this again comes with 3 year warranty and a 3 year warranty on the bulb. The lumens on both are 2000 lumens.

sorry i got my model nos wrong. its the Sanyo PLC-XW55

I would recomend the Sanyo PLC-XW55 with the Free bulb also.
