Cabot Learning Federation is seeking to appoint a Systems Developer to join our team.

📍 Hybrid working
💷 £33,009 - £36,011
📅 Closing date: 20 October 2026

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development, integration and support of business-critical systems across one of the South West's largest multi-academy trusts.

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of projects including systems development, automation, integrations, data management and digital transformation. The role covers technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SQL, APIs, PowerShell, Microsoft Fabric and Python, alongside a number of third-party systems used across the trust.

The role will work closely alongside a Senior Service Engineer with a particular focus on systems engineering, development and integrations, providing an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and projects.

We're looking for someone with strong technical and problem-solving skills who enjoys developing solutions and improving processes. You don't need to be an expert in every technology we use. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn, as there will be opportunities to broaden your knowledge and experience as part of the role.

This is a varied position where you'll work with colleagues across both IT and business functions, helping to deliver solutions that make a real difference to schools, staff and pupils across the trust.
