If your friend does not mind the commute from Cornwall, then absolutely! Realistically, the role will need an on‑site presence at first while they get to know the systems, academies and people. As they settle in and grow into the position, hybrid working becomes much more practical, but there will still be an expectation to be on site at least two to three days a week.
