Hi,

Our head deosn't like our current helpdesk solution as the user has to log in before submitting a ticket.

Can anyone suggest a paid for solution that has AD integration?

Thanks

I have been using service desk plus for 7 years and got to agree it does have a lot of features and I am only probabily using 40% of features but its been great here!

Spiceworks syncs up with AD, but i'm not sure it supports single sign on.

At least its harder for them to forget their domain credentials (although they somehow still manage it) and we set up a mail box for faults that imports it automatically into the help desk.

Edit : should really link it http://www.spiceworks.com/ its free and has other features but we just use it for the helpdesk

Spiceworks supports AD accounts, but you may be better off using the email logging feature no random helpdesk for the user just drop an email to it and it will all be done for you.

Webhelpdesk here, supports login by AD account credentials, but not auto signing AFAIK - however as others have said, you can set it to accept tickets via email, which means they dont need to log into anything....
