GrumbleDook Posted July 12, 2012 Author Posted July 12, 2012 As echo'd on FB yesterday, congrats to you both you will be amazing parents, I am sure your little one will have an iPod or iPhone as soon as its able to master the controls with an appropriate range of tunez from Queen to The Dead and Buried Apparently she loves smartphones and touching things, and right now her favourite song is wind the bobbin ... and yes, it has been fun learning the actions for a welcome DVD we are sending over.
localzuk Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Excellent news Tony! Congratulations and I hope the last hoop goes smoothly! 1
rad Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Congratulations and am pleased for you. We could possibly be looking to do something in the near future, i may in time get in contact. I wish your family all the best for the future. Fingers crossed for the final hoop. 1
tekins Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Tony, that's fantastic news!! Don't forget, it's "Point to the Windows....Door....Ceiling....Floor" I had to show Nick that one on youtube. And remember this - when playing the fool with her, you WILL get hit in the knackers! it's just the way it goes (my youngest does a mean diving crossbody off the sofa! :-) 1
Gibson335 Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Great news. Many congrats to you both. One less for Madonna, eh? 2
Oaktech Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Something so worthwhile. Congratulations and good luck! 1
featured_spectre Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 this news has brightened up my rather appalling day. Has put a huge smile on my face and a massive congratulations goes to you and Mrs GD. You will make amazing parents and I hope you enjoy parenthood. 1
Willott Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Congrats, and also thankyou - for 1) taking part in adoption, there are a lot of kids out there and 2) adopting a non-baby, the older the child the harder it is to get them adopted. Hope the rest of the process goes smoothly, and enjoy your new little one when she arrives 1
pcstru Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Congratulations. It's not an easy process, I hope everything goes well for you all. 1
Willott Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Don't forget, it's "Point to the Windows....Door....Ceiling....Floor" Are you sure - I thought it was "Ceiling... Floor... Window... Door" (if we're talking wind the bobbin up). And on the injury subject... if you have a wall behind your sofa, be careful how high you do the bouncing on the knee or holding over the head game... 1
Guest TheLibrarian Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I hope you will all be extremely happy for many years to come!
