Dos_Box Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Well, I think I have set some kind of new low whilst at the same time proving that there really is almost nothing you can't order online these days. On Saturday I placed an order for 2x replacement couch springs. It also promises to be the dullest package opening ever once they arrive.
Oaktech Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 i bought some motorcycle parts... two brake caliper piston seals. opened the plain brown jiffy bag to find 2 rubber o rings dumped in it. pretty boring.
CAM Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I'm still waiting for my highly mundane and unwanted ShowerSaint to turn up.
featured_spectre Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Scart leads as no bloody shop in my area had any at the time...was not impressed. Even poundland had run out!

If they've compressed the springs and stuck Zebedee puppets on them, then it could be quite fun! Don't get your hopes too high though. 1

3s-gtech Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Huge list here, hard to choose. Pick from: Plastic dipstick guide for a VAG TDi engine Bonnect clip for a 306 A shower PRD (pressure relief device to stop the unit exploding in your face) A solenoid for a washing machine An 'F' key for a laptop (which was the wrong one, so I modified it with superglue and a Stanley knife.) Fun times!
Greenbeast Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I order mundane stuff every day! but that's because i rarely have use of the car in working hours. Today was paint thinners.
mattx Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 I'm waiting for someone to say their Russian wife..... 1
broc Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Last week I bought a roll of self-amalgamating tape.....
dhicks Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 The most mundane thing you have ever ordered off the internet? Dental floss.
sonofsanta Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Surely you can't get any more dull than printer toners anway? At least with new sofa springs you know you'll reap the benefits in comfort!
localzuk Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 A box of jiffy bags. That was an exciting day! 1

korifugi Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 well i ordered that crate of pigs testicles last week.....pretty mundane i suppose A long time ago - I learned not to ask questions to which I will fear the answer... 1
MK-2 Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 A long time ago - I learned not to ask questions to which I will fear the answer... See it's that unfounded fear that makes hardworking normal people like me feel afraid to carry on bathing in pigs testicles and custard. You make me sick! 1
