It does sound like you have a problem. There are two approaches you can take here - one is to remind yourself that you were just taking it easy on her, since she's a child and can't handle defeat as well as you. This would allow you to feel magnaminous and highly virtuous about the fact that you are clearly inadequate in everything, as demonstrated by your lack of skill in Wii Bowling.

 

Your second option can be taken to the extreme with ritual suicide, or if you lack the guts for that you do have the option of selling all of your electronics, any other property, and becoming a hermit or monk (dependent upon belief) until your shame is forgotten by the world at large.

Well I'm not going to be sympathetic, I've just played golf and was dreadful! So am going through the I'm never playing again, all my clubs are going on Ebay, my golf shoes in the wheely bin and why did I ever bother taking it up in the first place. Thankfully I wasn't playing against a seven year old GIRL! Oooh starting to feel better already.

Well not a defeat but I was play wrestling with my nephew the other day (he is 10). I was letting him win of course so he managed to climb on top of me and sat on my head before letting out an almighty fart! We cried laughing but boy was it smelly.
