They start off with such promise, spawned from the original transformers but then Bay gets a hold of them...

 

I refuse to pay $15 to go to a cinama and experience something I could just as easily replicate at home for free by repeatedly smacking myself in the head with a hammer until I have lost at least 60 IQ points. Did you know that they have to cut holes in the ceilings of theaters showing Bay movies to let all the inteligence escape the room quick enough without damaging the building permanantly.

Can someone tell me why his movie people leak that the Dino Bots will be coming into it (such as Grimlock etc) and HotRod / Rodimus Prime will be playing in there some how...

 

I quite like the idea of the dino bots, but will it be a success in Transformers 4?

They were the good old days! non of this flying tank type thing with catapiller tracks for feet!

I assumed that "40 years ago" was more pithy than "41 years and a few months ago".

 

Looks OK. I enjoyed the others (but not enough to buy the DVDs). Not sure why people complain about Bay films: you know what you're going to get, if it's not to your taste don't bother with it. (The attitude I take to Woody Allen films).

I really liked both and thought the 2nd one was quality... then again all that needs to happen for me to be impressed is for stuff to blow up... a lot

couldnt stand the second film, the problem wasnt so much the film but the mothers constant shouting at the screen while he was going to college got on my nerves so much i walked out, havent seen the entire film i cant get past that bit.
