gl2u2 Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Does anyone know if AMI/Ranger is still a going concern? I have been trying to contact technical support for 2 days with no luck. Rang the sales line this morning and still no reply.

Surry Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Same here guys, we have a major issue with the latest update and kaspersky on the same machine. Kaspersky are being very helpful, ranger are just not responding either by calls or emails. I did get 1 email from support tuesday last week, so email may be worth a shot, alithough as i say they have stopped responding to mine.

MarkArmstrong Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 If you are calling the AMI telephone number and selecting option 2 then you wont get through as the tech support number has changed and no one has remembered to repogram the switch board, I have told them this. The number you want is 08450714667.
