Same here guys, we have a major issue with the latest update and kaspersky on the same machine. Kaspersky are being very helpful, ranger are just not responding either by calls or emails. I did get 1 email from support tuesday last week, so email may be worth a shot, alithough as i say they have stopped responding to mine.
