Yeah, i had one too. Waiting for those blooming tapes to load then it would crash at the last min... haha.

 

Yup had that joy, still got some tapes somewhere, I wouldn't throw them out when we moved house, like the 200 or so Amiga games I've got there still in boxes along with the Amiga :)

I had the 16k Memotech RAM pack for the zx81. I used to love Kong by CRL software, Mazogs and miner 49er the first hi-res game for the zx81. Memories!

Bunch of newbies.

 

My first was this little beast - Tangerine MICROTAN 65 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

 

Even programmed Game of Life on it with the help of my dad.

 

Of course, it was seven years old by the time I got my hands on it...

 

Lordy !! Have not seen one of those for years. We had one in school - first got my mits on it in 1982. Seem to recall one of the older students programing a 'snake' game on it which was rather good.

Also seem to remember the keyboard being built like a tank and it certainly had a unique sound when typing away on it.
