ICT_GUY Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 I am finally getting a performance management interview this morning to set targets and such like. I am thinking of asking for a course on ancillary technology and peripheral equipment initialization and configuration. (I am always having to turn things on and turn the dial to the right setting) Any other ideas? I will also be heuristically increasingly competitive information flows and respect collaboratively emerging missions, to ensure that the network works in synergy with the carbon based parts of the network peripherals.
Robz Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 .....performance.....management..... whats that??? 1
36Degrees Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 Don't forget to ask for a new crystal ball that is compatible with the current infrastructure Every year I have to disappoint staff and tell them that the budget still isn't sufficient to obtain one... 1

pete Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 Set your targets as projects that are a) of benefit to the school b) interesting c) good for the development of your knowledge / career. 1
Sylv3r Posted May 1, 2010 Posted May 1, 2010 I tend to think of the following when I pick my PM targers: 1) One Personal Target 2) One Team Target (ICT Support) 3) One whole school target
