Renamed the cashless card for the UoL (soon to be called "lecard", pending approval from the director)...

 

Although we have to figure out how to recall 10,000 of the current ones without any contact information other than a telephone number... Mass SMS I think...

I found a Kyocera fs1020D printer under a pile of junk that was getting recycled.

 

We have tons of those. They're great

 

I walked up the road to the Nursery to replace a bios battery amongst other things. Got there and realised the bios battery was still on my desk. Doh!

I had the fun job of cheering for one child who got 100% and 97% in his AS and A2 (he's doing an A level in a year) whilst commiserating with another who, after a report stating that she would get a B in A level Physics, has just obtained an E in her AS. (she has NEVER got such a bad result EVER as she normally gets As and Bs for everything)

 

Very difficult to do - I was so pleased for one and so sad for the other...

So far, sit around and try to avoid work. Walked to our store room, retrieved some keys, and generally just try to stay invisible. I have had a crazy enough week, now it's my chance to relax. When my colleague gets back from work next week we'll go nuts again.
