Due to the weather, Euston getting closed and the general shutdown of the nations travel infrastructure the stand, and indeed, most of BETT has been horribly quiet, which is a shame. But it also means there are more freebies and mugs etc left for the other days Anyway, I hope we see you when (and if) you manage to get here in the next few days. Oh, and all the stand staff are now sat around eating retro sweets that ICTNUT has managed to blag, although he's kept the Space Dust for himself!

The southerners always come to a complete standstill when a little of the white stuff comes along. Not us northerners, webman an myself are still in short sleeved vests and shorts even when outside and there is 2 foot of the white stuff plus black ice. Had an eventful day though when we started recieving alerts like crazy this morning from all the servers, hehe!! turned out to be a faulty electrical component which had the UPSs in a tizz, all the servers went offline but the smell was superb........bakerlite Mmmmmmm. 2

It snowed all morning and I was on the phones again... traffic atrocious as KCC didn't grit even the main roads round our way. School packed up and went home at 2 and I'm shattered.

I am on a train tomorrow down for the Day, then back on Saturday as well (I love BETT that much!) So you can meet the illustrious me on the stand on Saturday (and around the halls tomorrow) Got a 5am start tomorrow and hope to get down but if Euston is shut I won't be going home so will have to find somewhere to crash Thursday night as I would rather be stuck in London with excellent company and friends than stuck in some little town / on a Virgin train in the middle of nowhere

I'm all good for the weekend stuff that's all sorted and fine, but as we joked today at work, after the fuss that you know about that I discussed on the phone with you on Tuesday, that infamous law will mean that my train gets messed up home and I am then in London on Friday lol
