localzuk Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 One of our teachers is conducting a study with year 8... Involving them all wearing rubber gloves to warm up their non-writing hand, to 'aid concentration through cross stimulation of the brain'. Once it hits about 11:50 they will be asked to fill in a form, upon completion being told they're all april fools I love how they've thought big about it!
mrbios Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 I've put a link on their intranet page saying "click here for youtube access" which just goes to a page with a big "APRIL FOOLS" in the middle of it (with a hit counter so i know how many have been fooled )

ascott2 Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 We've done the old turn the wallpaper upsidedown, but the best prank is the Conficker app I made, which we put in startup of the NM. He thought it was real, come running into our office, his face was priceless. We had to show him the picture of Mr T to prove it was a hoax, he was on the phone to EIS to report it! 1

Stevenw Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Some of the teachers here have done an assembly for the year 9 kids. It was about the spaghetti plantations in Switzerland. They were shown a short video of family's working the plantations and putting the spaghetti (taken off trees) out in the sun to dry Even after been told it was a joke some of the kids still thinks its real. Was great to watch
