However I turned up volume to full, just to make sure I couldnt hear it then played the sound, Still couldn't hear it. My 24 yr old colleague however, squealed, much to my amusement. I stopped the sound playing and he said "That made my eyes water, it hurt so much" I replied "Made my eyes water too, for an entirely different reason, just laughing at you" I promissed not to play it again

However, when my teenager walked into the office yesterday she really didn't like the noise I could just hear! Interesting looking at the audio spectrum; dB is a log scale, thus the spike is an awful lot louder than the "shoulders" which are an awful lot higher than the noise floor.
