Message tone is the rather pleasant little windows notify sound.

"We are family' by Sister Sledge when my sister rings

That one where someone shouts: "Loud Noises" when my younger son rings

"Worms Incoming" when my elder son rings

Some toss from Snow Patrol when my daughter rings

And..a very loud crashing noise for a message

 

Doesn't anyone else have different ringtones for different people? It is really useful as you know whether you can ignore it and ring back later

Or am I just a control freak?

I have random ring tones which my mates like to change to confuse me, unless the girlfriend rings, then i've got arctic monkeys, mardy bum, just because i know she'll never call me when she's in vasinity of my phone. Until the day i lost it and asked her to ring it. She didn't see the funny side.

Actually works rather well cause it either stops after 4 bars and i wait till its convenient to read the message or my n95 says the name of the caller and it continues

I have a list of people I don't like to talk to, they all have this as their ring tone (I don't like you) Its hideous. My friends all have individual ring tones that match their personalities. (it was a very slow day).

I've just changed my ringtone to the Uridium game theme tune. I expect most people won't remember it, it came from the Commodore 64 (8 bit) back in the late 80's. Those were the days
