Hi.

Im just doing my network documentation.

The way im doing it, as i always do with large reports, is have each section seperated into its own document and numbered.

However, what i want to do, is print this collections of word, excel, publisher & visio docuements into one large PDF containing them all.

Anyone know how i'd go about doing this?

Thanks in advance all. :).

Insert each of the documents into one large one, and print that to a PDF psudo-printer.

I know how to print PDF, but its that first bit you mention that i want to do, automatically.

Do them seperately and merge the PDFs in the Pages view of Acrobat (full version, not reader)

So Acrobat full can merge multiple pdfs into one large pdf?

Yes, and I think the open source PDF Creator can, too - at least, I could swear I've seen that mentioned in the features list.

i print them all off native then use the photocopier to scan the lot and create a pdf, this also allows you to add things like manuals or photos/diagrams or handwritten notes.
