Hi,

Does anyone use software to prove staff have read their policies, I've looked at Collaboris (needs Sharepoint.. not O365 compatible) and doing it with PowerAutomate (way to complicated.

Thanks in advance.

We use MyConcern to sign off important Policy documents. For training such as manual handling, data protection etc we use iHasco.

I've used Microsoft Forms and asked them to confirm they have read the documents. To be honest, whatever you use you have no proof they read the document, just that they said they had.

We use MyCompliance MetaCompliance. Get an email when one is due, login and then read and accept at the bottom.

Not the best product I've used but not the worst.

If you have Azure AD Premium, you can have terms of use as part of the access, to make users sign up to T&Cs etc.

I believe this is a P2 feature.

Our HR & Safeguarding teams include a little quiz in MS Forms. Nothing difficult, but enough to give an indication as to whether you HAVE read or are just saying you have.
