Welcome back - what role and what sort of organisation? I wouldn't dare attempt to summarise the last year! Current hottest topic at the moment - perhaps that's the 3 year contract ESS are pushing.

It's been a tough year, but it was really really cool at the end of last term when the government gave away free motorbikes to all school IT workers.
