Ditto Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 Having something to put on the thingy - that's the key! Genius pun-ery! Retirement clearly suits you 1
robintech Posted May 17, 2024 Posted May 17, 2024 I don't think I've ever been as happy as the people bottom-left, who have got a whole party going for the thingy. I like to think they're all expecting its a prelude to something like " and you'll need that keyring to hold your brand new car keys!"
mikeprice Posted May 17, 2024 Posted May 17, 2024 Had the same message on a birthday card I bought this week. It was a "Mum" card... To be fair - when I used to work in school - before I gave up bothering to work - every year I used to think "Yea Gods these Year 7's get younger every year" maybe it has gone too far now??? Notice that I am carefully avoiding any of the more dodgy possible dodgy 1
smurfomatic Posted May 20, 2024 Posted May 20, 2024 I think this might be taken out of context somehow... 4

6Foot2 Posted May 26, 2024 Author Posted May 26, 2024 Mathematically speaking, 22! is "22 Factorial" which is 22x21x20x19 .... x3x2x1. A number's factorial is that number multiplied by the number one less than itself, multipled by the next number down and so on until you get to 1. 3! = 6 4! = 24 5! = 120 And so on ... It's just occurred to me that there is also 22!! More generally: Double factorial: The double factorial of a number n, denoted by n‼, is the product of all the positive integers up to n that have the same parity (odd or even) as n. 22!!=22×20×18×16×14×12×10×8×6×4×2 21!!=21×19×17×15×13×11×9×7×5×3×1 *Other odd and even double factorials are available. Back on topic ...

Popular Post 6Foot2 Posted August 25, 2024 Author Popular Post Posted August 25, 2024 Makes sense - it would make it hard to breathe. 5
