One of the relatives is house-hunting and came across this place. Downstairs looked fine, one of the upstairs bedrooms left a bit to be desired, but the other bedroom pic..

Did someone refuse to get out of bed?

Lord knows what the third bedroom was like as there wasn't a picture!

Nothing that a tardis can’t sort out…

THere you go! Complete with scarf!

Welsh Repainted Tardis With Scarf.gif

AN OLD police box in Newport which resembles the iconic time machine from TV classic Doctor Who has been given a face lift.

The former phone box in Somerton, which looks like the TARDIS from the popular BBC TV show, made national headlines in the 1980s after a scarf was painted around it.

This was a tribute to Tom Baker’s classic look as the iconic fourth incarnation of the Doctor.

But, despite its Grade-II listed status, the landmark was reported to be suffering with "concrete cancer" and had become a common spot for graffiti.

Earlier this month the old police box on Acacia Avenue was given a fresh lick of blue paint and Newport council gave permission for a scarf to be painted around it – completing the outfit.

And, at last, Newport’s very own TARDIS has been restored to its former glory, adding some colour and character to the area...

To be fair it doesn't say where the button in question actually is

just sayin'

Off topic: I am reminded of:

In my house there's this light switch that doesn't do anything. Every so often I would flick it on and off just to check. Yesterday, I got a call from a woman in Madagascar. She said, 'Cut it out.'

:)

When you gotta go, you gotta go!

For when your toilet is on the top floor and it's annoying, because you know your bladder won't make it that far?

At least they have a curtain up on the window for privacy... toilet paper looks a little high though and the empty holder hasn't been refilled (possibly a man's toilet)...

probably not the best shot to use when trying to sell your car.

Having owned a Discovery (Mk II), you will find that that is a correct picture of a Discovery in it's natural habitat.

I was just going to mention you with a warning that the picture would probably give you nightmares!
