tapb Posted September 10, 2019 Posted September 10, 2019 Microsoft are hosting some 1/2 day events on Microsoft 365 for IT Pros in Education. It will include information on Microsoft 365 licenses, Intune + Autopilot, Microsoft Teams. I'm interested to know what questions people have about these topics, or what you'd like to see.
tapb Posted September 10, 2019 Author Posted September 10, 2019 There are two pilot events, one in London and one in Bristol. If these are well attended, there are plans to run a number of similar events across England initially. See: https://tablet-academy.com/microsoft-365-technical-roadshow/
tapb Posted September 10, 2019 Author Posted September 10, 2019 I'll update this thread as soon as other locations are confirmed.

apearce Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Keep the location requests coming in so we can plan and see where the demand is - we want to do all over the country but knowing where demand is really helps us. 3

Ditto Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 I think I understand what you're asking but want to check. Do you mean...? http://aka.ms/DeviceBasedSubscription https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/deployoffice/device-based-licensing @tapb. I suspect yes. This topic came up in this thread. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/office-software/209224-office-365-help.html. Could you have a read and comment in that thread and perhaps the thread it references? I think one of the key questions is how well this is supported in UK as opposed to US and via MSPs. 1
