The date? Yes, I didn't have time on friday to do both draws. This will now be tuesday.

The fact that previously drawn entries get added back into the hat?

Nope, still doing that.

Yes and no... the rules stated the date of the final draw being the 21st. ;)

Rules were subject to change due to time travel

Also, it turns out that I've needed to play fast and loose with some rule changes simply because I underestimated how much everyday work we'd have at the back end of term!

An amateur mistake, and should I do another one of these in years to come, a lesson I will learn for next time. :)

Well you have given yourself more than enough leg room to get out of these unpredictable spaces...

Although highly unlikely, we reserve the right to change or cancel any aspect of the Upgradathon Competition without notice, including prizes awarded or these competition conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or withdraw any entrant from the Upgradathon without notice or explanation.

...

The Judge’s decision is final.

My PC isn't actually too bad, but it is 7 years old. Core i7-2600 with 4Gb RAM and an SSD to keep it ticking over. Out of warranty, so I'm going to use it until it eventually falls over.

Could tommorow be the end of a life long struggle with underperforming work machines. Probably not but a man can dream! Good luck everyone and remember , if you win I’ll hate your guts. But then again I’m a Dalek all I do is hate.

Self inflicted, no sympathy ;)

Agreed  Although its a wonderful bit of kit, in it's current state it won't even come close to replacing a laptop

i series - and 2nd gen!!

Huh - no sympathy - I'm managing with a Intel Pentium P6100 @ 2.00GHz - old dual core - with 3Gb

and I have to use my own laptop at work and I don't even have a desk

and I don't get paid for doing it

(OK my fault for volunteering at a charity with no money)

(note - how much sympathy do I need to generate to get extra entries????)

and my dog has died (ok - that was 21 years ago - but I'm trying to get sympathy here)

and these slipper are worn out
