Hi all,

We are having a problem when trying to rebuild a Dell Latitude 3440. The laptop fails on 'Check network connection' after 'Install product key'.

'Build process aborting due to following error:

Action exception: abort on fail - action "Check network connection".

The laptop obviously has a network connection as it has contacted the build server in the first place.

Any help would be brilliant!

Thanks for the swift reply! I'm fairly new to CC4, as I have always used vanilla.

I downloaded the driver from the Dell website and imported it via RMMC.

Is there anything that I am missing?

Hi Chris,

I suggest that you edit or change line 3505 and 3511 in your uploaded file ASAP, or remove the attached file.

Kind regards

When it was imported was this just for the PE as you need to import the OS driver and make sure that's it got the correct OS selected when importing.

Do you have a login for rm.com?

If so this is what your after...
